Kim Scobee began her 25+ year banking career in 1980 at
First National Bank in Mansfield. While
there, she gained invaluable experienced working in various departments before
be assigned to data processing where she worked as the bank’s System Operator. After the bank sold in 1997, Kim joined
Citizens National Bank as IT Manager where she successfully implemented their
first in-house computer system which included, IBM iSeries driven by JHA
software, check sorters, Internet banking, IVR System, and Check Imaging. She retired in 2007 as Assistant
Vice-President and IT Manager.
In 2014, as a favor to her husband and his law enforcement
colleagues, Russel Sarpy and Bob Fortune, Kim started working at Perceptive
Intelligence where she witnessed the beginning stages of the development of L.E.N.S.S. Quickly realizing the importance this project
would have in the law enforcement community, she decided to remain as an
employee.
Kim is married to retired Louisiana State Trooper, Rod
Scobee. Her favorite pastime is spending
time with their 2 granddaughters, 6-year-old Kynleigh, and Kennedi, 20 months
old. Kim also enjoys traveling with her
husband and their faithful friend “Private Jack”. In her spare time, Kim enjoys writing poetry,
creating personalized graphical art and capturing special moments through video
for friends and family.
